ve99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "ve99", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ve99 platform, its operators, and their authorised representatives.
• "Platform" — refers to the ve99 website accessible at ve99.biz, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the ve99 Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the ve99 Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total value of real money and bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in BDT.
• "Wager" — refers to any stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer table, sports event, or any other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any non-cash promotional credit credited to a Player's Account as part of a ve99 promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole transaction currency of the ve99 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ve99 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are acting on behalf of a third party or corporate entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions. Persons who do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close their Account.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the ve99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of Account activity:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ve99 does not permit persons under 21 to register, access, or use any part of the Platform, including free-play or demonstration modes.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and automated entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time of use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not have a pre-existing ve99 Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of ve99 or any of its affiliated operators, game providers, or payment partners.

ve99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. ve99 will never solicit your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify ve99 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. ve99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account use where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ve99's 24/7 live support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after successful KYC verification. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable upon Account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ve99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ve99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is specified within your Account dashboard and is subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe specified in the payment method's terms, subject to verification checks.
• Currency: ve99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in currencies other than BDT. Any currency conversion costs arising from international payment instruments are borne by the Player.
• Source of Funds: Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• Transaction Records: A full history of deposits and withdrawals is accessible within your Account dashboard at all times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ve99 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements specify the total value of wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live dealer games and specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• ve99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold bonus-derived winnings, or close an Account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or any form of coordinated or systematic wagering intended to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Players who have opted out of receiving bonuses via their Account settings will not be eligible to claim promotional offers until the opt-out is reversed.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets on the ve99 Platform operate according to the rules established by the respective game provider or sportsbook operator. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

ve99 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally certified third-party providers. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure statistically fair outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during the course of a game or bet, ve99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where this is not possible, ve99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the Player's Account. Decisions made by ve99 in such circumstances are final.

Sports betting markets are subject to result confirmation by the relevant sporting body. ve99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or adjust betting markets in the event of irregular activity, match manipulation, or data feed errors. Settled bets will not be reversed except where a verifiable technical or human error is identified.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ve99 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and may be subject to legal proceedings:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players, game providers, or staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing fraudulent payment details, chargebacks without legitimate grounds, or making deposits using stolen payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ve99 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions or age verification controls through the use of VPNs, proxies, or false documentation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ve99 Platform — including but not limited to the ve99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ve99 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of ve99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ve99 and its operators, officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ve99 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ve99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ve99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at ve99.biz/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

ve99 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers with restricted access controls. ve99 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

ve99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides Players with tools to help manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 13 Amendments & Termination

Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended version constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

ve99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, if a Player is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, if ve99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any Balance held in the Account — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ve99 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ve99's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint, Players should contact ve99 support in writing at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue, relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation. ve99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may seek resolution through any lawful mechanism available under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
